With more than 13 years of experience in the field of industrial labelling, we have not only developed a labelling process that is well-known and recognised in the industry, but also have a broad knowledge of the industry's requirements and their technical implementation.

Germany’s mechanical and plant engineering industry ranks third worldwide, accounting for around 11%. Since our founding, we have worked with manufacturers both in Germany and internationally, building strong, long-standing partnerships with service providers, large enterprises, and medium-sized companies, including “hidden champions.”

The chemical / pharmaceutical industry is the third largest industrial sector after automotive and mechanical engineering. Special requirements arise here in terms of durability, content and compliance with safety standards.

The Process

Design

A total of 11 materials made of metals and plastics can be printed with the PrintoLUX® process.

Prime and Prepare

All materials are treated with a primer before printing. This promotes the bonding of ink and material during the following thermosetting.

Printing

The flexibility of digital printing gives you extensive possibilities to design the label layout. Design texts, colours, photos, graphics, barcodes and 2D codes (e.g. QR and Datamatrix) according to your personal needs.

Curing

All materials are thermoset after printing. After this step, the label already acquires its full resistance and can be mounted immediately.
